I got my P-11 back from Kel-Tec today. I was told by the owner of Pinnacle Sports that Kel-Tec would have to ship the gun back to them, since they couldn't legally ship to a non-FFL holder, but apparently that isn't true. Not surprising, because why would it be illegal for a manufacturer to ship a firearm to the legal owner of that firearm?
Anyhow, Kel-Tec un-jammed the slide and replaced the recoil spring guide. They sent it back in this nifty hard plastic case, too. After work today, I'm going to take it out and fire a few rounds through it, and when I clean it this time, I'm going to be damned careful putting it back together.
