I found this story through Fark, about a guy who tried to grab a woman's baby out of her arms and throw it over a railing to a plaza far below. One of the policemen said, "There were no indications that (the suspect) was deranged or under the influence or crazy." Well, except for the fact that he tried to throw a baby off a ledge to its death! Sure, that's not crazy at all.
