Stoned Driver Gets Prison For Hit, Run What in the hell is wrong with newspaper reporters that they refuse to use the word "and"? Is space so precious that they can't afford to waste it for three measly characters?

That's gotta be one of my biggest pet peeves ever...Newspaper headlines are stupid, annoying. :)
