Leonids

Early Sunday morning (Nov. 18th), the Leonid meteor shower may possibly be better than any in the past 35 years. I'm thinking I might hop in the car and drive somewhere high in the mountains to catch a glimpse of it, and maybe get some pictures. The last time I tried to take some night-sky pictures with my camera, they didn't turn out, but I was really close to town when I did it. But being miles away from any town, and with as bright as some of these meteors are supposed to be, some of my pictures might turn out alright.
