You'd think that the people at the Motor Vehicles office would know better than to close for lunch between noon and 1:30, but apparently that's not the case here. What's worse: that dozens of people try to register their vehicle on their lunch breaks but aren't able to, or somebody at the DMV takes an early or late lunch? Or, even worse, what if the state actually hired somebody to cover during lunch? What a bunch of backwards-assed dickwads.
