Is it Friday yet? This week seems to be dragging by. Usually when I go into work on Tuesday or Wednesday, it sorta breaks up the week and makes it seem shorter, since I actually really enjoy going into the office once a week. But even though I went up yesterday, it feels like days ago.

My wife and I got adventurous this evening and fixed dinner, which is a rare thing around here. =) Usually each of us just throws something fast and easy together, often something that takes 3 or 4 minutes to fix. But tonight we broiled some red snapper with lemon pepper & butter, sauteed some mushrooms in butter and lemon juice, and battered and deep fried some more mushrooms. It sure beats hamburger helper.
