You know, it's a really fucking bad idea to have city/county property taxes due one month before christmas.

Update: Looks like either my mortgage company or the county screwed up, bastards. $30 of my monthly house payment goes into an escrow account for taxes, but the county apparently has no record of that, so I gotta make some phone calls Monday to get it all straightened out.
